For the past two decades, we have produced hundreds and thousands of high quality functional and aesthetic prototypes for engineering verification, design concepts, sales and short-run production.

- CNC Machining - Suitable for functional and smooth finished accurate parts directly machined out of engineering plastics, ferrous or non-ferrous metals.
- SLA - Stereolithography - provides great accuracy with an excellent surface finish suitable for aesthetic visual presentation models with fine detail.
- SLS - Functional prototypes with high mechanical and thermal resistance. Ability to easily make very complex geometries directly from digital CAD data.
- 3D Printing - Suitable for initial conceptual design, form fit and light testing purpose. Quick, cheap and fast turnaround.
- FDM- Fused Deposition Modelling - is layered additive manufacturing process commonly applied to form, fit, function analysis and concept visualisation.
- Vacuum Casting - Suitable for small to medium quantity parts produced out of Polyurethane resin closely mimicking Thermoplastics or Rubber parts.
- Rapid Moulding - Also known as Bridge Tooling, suitable for short to medium run injection moulding out of various grades of Thermoplastics.
